The Tyler County market pulled back with a 14.3% sales drop in this week's report. However, overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained above the monthly average (5.7) with six homes sold. Meanwhile, Liberty County reported 44 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding counties. Potential buyers should note that prices are coming down in Tyler County, and for this period the median sales price slid from $79,500 to $63,500. With decreasing sales and the availability of 12 months of inventory, Tyler County is a strong buyer's market.
