The San Bruno market slowed with a 4.8% sales drop in this week's report. However, overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained above the monthly average (32.7) with 40 homes sold. Meanwhile, close-by San Francisco reported 351 homes sales, the highest number from all the surrounding cities. The median sales price dropped to $800,000 over the latest reporting period for San Bruno, down from $820,000. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low one month of inventory signals that San Bruno is a solid seller's market.
