Price reductions have decreased in the San Diego County market, reaching a low that hasn't been seen since July. With the market starting to tighten a three-week downturn was extended this week by the sale of 3,114 homes. In comparison, Los Angeles County led all other nearby counties with 5,358 price reductions. While the number of price reductions reached a low, months of inventory is on a four-week downward trend, this week hitting two months. The increase in sales and the low inventory drive home the fact that San Diego County is a definite seller's market.
