The Sbhs market pulled back with a 50.0% sales drop in this week's report. Overall sales numbers for the last 30 days fell below the 3.4 monthly average with two homes sold. On the other hand, the close-by Wilson neighborhood registered eight homes sold in those same 30 days, the most of all surrounding neighborhoods. The median sales price dropped to $345,000, down from last week's $379,500. Sbhs is a strong buyer's market, due to a big 10 months of inventory left and aided by the dip in sales.
