Within the same time frame, the Northwest neighborhood had 85 sales, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. Prices are rising in South Norfolk, and the median sales price this period increased from $159,900 to $179,500. South Norfolk is a strong buyer's market, thanks to a big seven months of inventory to choose from and a pullback in sales.
