The Vallejo market pulled back this week but was still better than normal as sales dropped 7.9% to 116 homes sold over the last 30 days. On the other hand, close-by Fairfield registered 116 homes sold in the same time frame, the most of all surrounding cities. The median sales price dropped to $337,000, down from last week's $341,500. With only two months of inventory to sell, Vallejo is a solid seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
