The Beaufont market broke below its 12-month average sales volume this week as sales dropped 50.0% to hit one home sold over the last 30 days. On the other hand, the close-by Woodhaven neighborhood registered three homes sold in those same 30 days, the most of all surrounding neighborhoods. The median sales price has been increasing as it hit $90,000, extending a four-week long spike. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low three months of inventory indicates that Beaufont is a seller's market.
