Home sales in the Greater Mount Washington market dipped below its average sales volume for the prior 12-month period. In this week's report, they dropped 28.6% to five homes sold over the last 30 days. Meanwhile, the West Baltimore neighborhood reported 51 home sales, the highest number from all of the surrounding neighborhoods. The median sales price of homes sold came in at $333,300, which extended a downward swing in price to four weeks.
