The Harvard market pulled back with a 27.3% sales drop in this week's report. Overall sales numbers for the last 30 days fell below the 8.6 monthly average with eight homes sold. In comparison, nearby Woodstock had 52 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring cities. The median sales price in Harvard rose to $111,500 while months of inventory shot up to four.
