In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Third World market slid to three over the past 30 days, a decrease of 25.0% from last week's report, but still above the monthly average. In comparison, the Thunderbird Hills neighborhood had three sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. The median sales price dropped to $57,000, down from last week's $68,750. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low three months of inventory signals that Third World is a seller's market.
