The Navajo County market pulled back with a 7.8% sales drop in this week's report. However, overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained above the monthly average (34.2) with 47 homes sold. Within the same time period, Maricopa County had 6,292 sales, the most of all counties in the area. The median sales price dropped to $160,000, down from last week's $173,500. With decreasing sales and the availability of nine months of inventory, Navajo County is a solid buyer's market.
