The San Joaquin County market pulled back with a 5.7% sales drop in this week's report. Overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained below the 58.4 monthly average with 50 homes sold. Meanwhile, Santa Clara County reported 1,200 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding counties. The median sales price dropped to $380,000 over the latest reporting period for San Joaquin County, down from $391,000. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low two months of inventory signals that San Joaquin County is a strong seller's market.
