The Eastside market pulled back with an 8.4% sales drop in this week's report. Overall sales numbers for the last 30 days fell below the 77.3 monthly average with 76 homes sold. In comparison, the Far North neighborhood had 249 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. Potential buyers should note that prices went up in Eastside, with the median for this period rising from $168,000 to $168,450. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low two months of inventory indicates that Eastside is a definite seller's market.
