The Frog Hollow market pulled back with a 50.0% sales drop in this week's report. Overall sales numbers for the last 30 days fell below the 2.1 monthly average with two homes sold. On the other hand, the close-by Asylum Hill neighborhood registered seven homes sold in those same 30 days, the most of all surrounding neighborhoods. Prices are rising in Frog Hollow, and the median sales price this period increased from $108,500 to $157,500. Along with the slip in sales, a relatively high 10 months of inventory indicates that Frog Hollow is a solid buyer's market.
