In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Jefferson-Woodlawn Lake market dropped to two over the past 30 days, a decrease of 33.3% from last week's report. On the other hand, the close-by Prospect Hill neighborhood registered seven homes sold in those same 30 days, the most of all surrounding neighborhoods. The median sales price dropped to $190,125, down from last week's $197,000. Jefferson-Woodlawn Lake is a definite buyer's market, due to a big 11 months of inventory left and aided by the dip in sales.
