In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Oceanside market fell to 238 over the past 30 days, but still above the monthly average. Within the same time frame, San Diego had 1,241 sales, the most of all cities in the area. Potential buyers should note that prices went up in Oceanside, with the median for this period rising from $465,000 to $472,500. With only two months of inventory to sell, Oceanside is a definite seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
