Sales in the Loudoun County market hit their lowest level since April. For the prior 30-day period, there were 495 homes sold, a decrease of 0.8%. The market has been in a downward trend for 12 weeks. In comparison, Fairfax County led all other nearby counties with 1,101 sales. The median sales price dropped to $435,000, down from last week's $440,000. With only three months of inventory to sell, Loudoun County is a still seller's market, even after taking into consideration the falling sales numbers.
