Within the same time frame, the Prospect Hill neighborhood had seven sales, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. The median sales price dropped to $206,000, down from last week's $213,000. Along with the increase in sales, the fact that there are a lower-than-normal three months of inventory indicates that Beacon Hill is a seller's market.
