New Upward Trend in Home Prices for Central Park Real Estate Market

The Central Park market slowed with a 20.0% sales drop in this week's report. However, overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained above the monthly average (3.1) with four homes sold. Meanwhile, close-by Ocean Shores reported 29 homes sales, the highest number from all the surrounding cities. The median sales price of homes sold came in at $140,450, which extended a price upswing to four weeks. With only three months of inventory to sell, Central Park is a seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
