The Spring Valley market saw one home go under contract and failed to break out of a budding downward trend. Along with that, total home sales fell to four over the last 30 days. While contracts numbers were weak, the median sales price of those homes came in at $65,250, which extended a price upswing to four weeks. Spring Valley is still a strong buyer's market, even with the rising prices, due to the downward trend in contracts numbers and a large 10 months of inventory available.
