In comparison, the South Of Market neighborhood had 45 contracts executed in the same time frame, the most of all close-by neighborhoods. Prices are falling in Noe Valley, and this period the median price of all sales fell from $1,600,000 to $1,551,500. The rising contracts and a low two months of inventory mean that Noe Valley is a solid seller's market.
