In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Oakland market fell to two over the past 30 days, a decrease of 33.3% from last week's report. Meanwhile, the Near West Side neighborhood reported 96 home sales, the highest number from all of the surrounding neighborhoods. The median sales price dropped to $158,500, down from last week's $207,000.
