Over the last 30 days, two homes went under contract in the Oxbow market, the lowest amount since July. As the market appears to be softening, there were four homes sold over the same period. During the same time frame, Alamo Farmsteads-Babcock Road county had the most of any other close-by neighborhood with eight contracts executed. The median sales price of all transactions in Oxbow did not budge this week, remaining at $127,200. Despite the falling contracts numbers, there are only two months of inventory remaining, indicating that Oxbow is a still definite seller's market.
