Hitting a record low dating back to April, 1,196 homes were sold in the Philadelphia market over the last 30 days. This represents a 4.0% decrease and comes on top of an 11-week steady downturn in sales activity. In comparison, Wyndmoor had 12 sales in the same time frame, the most of all nearby cities. Perhaps due to the sales numbers, months of inventory is on a 12-week upswing, this week hitting five months.
