In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Phoenix market dropped to one over the past 30 days, a decrease of 50.0% from last week's report, but still above the monthly average. Within the same time frame, Chicago had 2,488 sales, the most of all cities in the area. There are four months of inventory remaining in the market, and that will likely remain the case as the median sales price rose dramatically to $35,000 this week.
