Sales Decline in Franklin Real Estate Market

In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Franklin market dropped to 34 over the past 30 days, a decrease of 10.5% from last week's report, but still above the monthly average. Meanwhile, close-by Attleboro reported 66 homes sales, the highest number from all the surrounding cities. Prices are rising in Franklin, and the median sales price this period increased from $361,250 to $387,500. There are only three months of inventory available in Franklin, so it's a seller's market, even with the decrease in sales.
