In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Skagit County market slid to 209 over the past 30 days, a decrease of 2.3% from last week's report, but still above the monthly average. Within the same time period, King County had 3,050 sales, the most of all counties in the area. The median sales price rose to $289,000 over the latest reporting period for Skagit County, up from $281,750. There are only three months of inventory available in Skagit County, so it's a seller's market, even with the decrease in sales.
