The Buckeye market recorded 168 home sales over the last 30 days. Also, a record number 212 new listings were posted, the highest since July. In comparison, Phoenix led all other nearby municipalities with 2,485 new listings. The median sales price dropped to $186,000, down from last week's $193,900. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low three months of inventory indicates that Buckeye is a seller's market.
