The Chippewa County market looked solid in this week's report, as the number of home sales rose 20.0%, pushing the total to six homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time period, Barron County had 22 sales, the most of all counties in the area. Prices fell lower as this week's reported median sales price of $192,500 continued a four-week downward trend.
