A five-week downturn in sales was extended when the Clermont market saw two more homes change hands over the last 30 days. With that, price reductions have increased significantly as well, reaching their highest level since last October at eight. In comparison, Gainesville led all other nearby municipalities with 39 price reductions. The median sales price in Clermont stayed flat at $224,400 while months of inventory was flat at four.
