The Dallas County market remained below its 12-month average sales volume this week as sales fell to 1,910 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, nearby Tarrant County had 2,058 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring counties. The median sales price dropped to $205,500, down from last week's $209,900. With only three months of inventory to sell, Dallas County is a seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
