The Cathedral City market took a breather this week as sales fell to 53 homes sold over the last 30 days. However, the number of homes under contract shows an identifiable upward trend, and is now at 59. All indications show that the trend may be coming to an end, meaning less pending transactions over the next few weeks. The median sales price climbed to $289,000, up from last week's $276,000.
