The Dallas Metro Area market broke below its 12-month average sales volume this week as sales fell 8.7% to hit 7,367 homes sold over the last 30 days. Tarrant County made up the largest percentage, with 1,961 sales on its own. Potential buyers should note that there are now four months of inventory available in the Dallas Metro Area and prices have come down. The median sales price dropped to $222,500.
