Grant County Real Estate Market Retreats to Home Sales Low Point

Sales in the Grant County market hit their lowest level since April. For the prior 30-day period, there were two homes sold, a drop of 50.0%. During the same time frame, Allegany County had the most of any other neighboring county with 44 sales. Of course, as sales reached a low, months of inventory continued to climb, hitting a six-month high at 32 months. The downturn in sales and such a large amount of inventory prove that Grant County is still a definite buyer's market.
