In comparison, nearby Long Beach had 349 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring cities. Prices are falling in Westminster, and this period the median price of all sales fell from $630,250 to $621,500. With only three months of inventory to sell, Westminster is a seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
