Home Sales Fall in Pacific Real Estate Market

Home sales in the Pacific market dipped below its average sales volume for the prior 12-month period. In this week's report, they dropped 25.0% to six homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time frame, the Wilson neighborhood had nine sales, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. Prices are falling in Pacific, and this period the median price of all sales fell from $202,500 to $187,500. Along with the slip in sales, a relatively high seven months of inventory indicates that Pacific is a definite buyer's market.
