The Kirkland market pulled back with a 13.3% sales drop in this week's report. Overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained below the 102.2 monthly average with 85 homes sold. On the other hand, close-by Seattle registered 871 homes sold in the same time frame, the most of all surrounding cities. Potential buyers should note that prices went up in Kirkland, with the median for this period rising from $602,487 to $603,000. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low one month of inventory indicates that Kirkland is a strong seller's market.
