New listings have fallen in the Lake Shore market, reaching a low that hasn't been seen since January. They also had a 30-day tally of three sales. The median sales price dropped to $425,000, down from last week's $526,000. Lake Shore is still a definite buyer's market, in spite of the uptick in sales, thanks to the availability of 11 months of remaining inventory.
