The Mid Central market remained soft this week as sales dropped 25.0% to land at six homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time frame, the El Sereno neighborhood had 41 sales, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. Months of inventory is on a four-week upswing, this week hitting three months. In spite of the decrease in sales, the lack of inventory signals that Mid Central is still a seller's market.
