Sales in the Mount Pleasant market hit their lowest level since April. For the prior 30-day period, there were four homes sold, a drop of 42.9%. The market has been in a downward trend for six weeks. When comparing other close-by neighborhoods within the same period, the most came from the Catholic University-Brookland neighborhood with 44 sales. As sales reached a new bottom, months of inventory rose, trending up for four weeks to three months. With inventory so low in Mount Pleasant, it's still a seller's market, despite the shrinking sales numbers.
