The Jessup market broke below its 12-month average sales volume this week as sales slid 50.0% to hit one home sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time frame, Columbia had 99 sales, the most of all cities in the area. The median sales price has been increasing as it hit $541,440, extending an eight-week long spike. Along with the slip in sales, a relatively high 13 months of inventory indicates that Jessup is a strong buyer's market.
