New listings have fallen in the North Beach market, reaching a low that hasn't been seen since July. They also had a 30-day tally of seven sales. During the same time frame, Magnolia county had the most of any other close-by neighborhood with 50 new listings. The median sales price dropped to $750,000 over the latest reporting period for North Beach, down from $892,500. With just one month of inventory available and sales going up, North Beach is a definite seller's market.
