The North Dallas market is heading toward a higher price point.While sales came in at 72 homes sold over the last 30 days, price reductions are at their lowest number since April, with 75 reported this week. In comparison, the Northeast Dallas neighborhood had 273 price reductions in the same time frame, the most of all close-by neighborhoods. Potential buyers should take note that the median sales price in North Dallas rose to $669,500 and that there are four months of inventory still available.
