The Pasadena market is entering a cooling off period. While sales continued a five-week downturn, bringing this week's numbers down to 72 homes sold over the last 30 days, new listings are also the lowest they've been since January. When comparing other close-by neighborhoods within the same period, the most came from the Greater Heights neighborhood with 296 new listings. The median sales price rose to $178,950, up from last week's $177,900. With only three months of inventory to sell and a downward trend in new listings numbers, Pasadena is a seller's market.
