In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Torrance market fell to 102 over the past 30 days, a decrease of 14.3% from last week's report, but still above the monthly average. Within the same time frame, Los Angeles had 2,172 sales, the most of all cities in the area. The median sales price dropped to $727,500, down from last week's $765,000. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low two months of inventory indicates that Torrance is a definite seller's market.
