In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Williamson County market dropped to 676 over the past 30 days. It marked a decrease of 11.6% from last week's report and another period below the monthly average. On the other hand, close-by Travis County registered 1,177 home sales in the same period, the most of all surrounding counties. The median sales price of homes sold came in at $240,395, which extended a downward swing in price to nearly three months. Despite the falling prices, a relatively low three months of inventory indicates that Williamson County is still a seller's market.
