The Arlington Heights market showed some weakness, with a record low one homes sold in the last 30 days. Sales showed a 50.0% drop from the prior period, returning to a low not seen since October. During the same time frame, Canyon Crest county had the most of any other close-by neighborhood with 20 sales. Furthermore, a three-week upward trend in new listings is expected to come to an end over the coming weeks. Naturally, as sales found a bottom, the amount of available homes increased, reaching a volume of 21 months of inventory, its highest point since October. Arlington Heights is still a solid buyer's market, despite the rising prices, with 21 months of inventory to choose from on top of the downward trend in sales.
