The Allegany County remained below its 12-month average sales volume this week as sales fell 10.9% to hit 41 homes sold over the last 30 days. Meanwhile, Washington County reported 135 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding counties. Prices were able to find a top with the average selling price rising to $104,777, a six-month high. Allegany County is a solid buyer's market, thanks to a big 12 months of inventory to choose from and a pullback in sales.
