The North West Long Beach market is slowing down. While sales this week came in at seven homes sold over the last 30 days, new listings are at the lowest they've been since last January. When comparing other close-by neighborhoods within the same period, the most came from the Southeast Los Angeles neighborhood with 51 new listings. The median sales price dropped to $355,000 over the latest reporting period for North West Long Beach, down from $357,500. With only two months of inventory to sell and a downward trend in new listings numbers, North West Long Beach is a strong seller's market.
