The Oreland market broke below its 12-month average sales volume this week as sales slid 25.0% to hit six homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time frame, Philadelphia had 1,063 sales, the most of all cities in the area. Prices fell lower as this week's reported median sales price of $282,250 continued a four-week downward trend. There are only three months of inventory available in Oreland, so it's still a seller's market, despite the falling prices.
